Interesting article from last July, compliments of SHRM, in regards to our latest Generation Z who will be or are just now beginning to enter the workforce. Generation Z was born after 1996 and many of whom are just graduating from high school and possibly looking for work. They are even more challenging than their predecessors, Generation Y and managers need to know what they may be up against with our future generation.
