Being a small business owner does not mean you cannot offer such benefits as a retirement plan for your employees. There are several options that can be affordable and you will need to choose the type that make sense for you and your own situation.
Option 1 is the traditional 401K plan
Option 2 will be what is called a SEP (Simplified Employee Pension Plan)
