About Me

I am passionate about the field of human resources and know that the success of any business is having engaged and happy employees.  The word "human" is there for a reason and having that human touch is essential for employees to feel valued and their rights protected. 

Even before I had received my degree in the field and worked in human resources, I was always the "go to" person for my colleagues and the person they would go to for advice knowing I would actually listen. Getting into the field of human resources was a natural move for me and one that felt like the right fit from day one.
