Using LinkedIn Tip #2
My second tip would entail another way you can recruit perspective candidates utilizing the FREE version. The best way to do this is with a simple update on your home page Your update can mention what position you are looking to fill (briefly) and to contact you if interested. it is also a great way to reach out to your colleagues and inquire if anyone knows someone who would have the qualifications and may be a good fit.
